Order Inquiry will let you see both open and closed orders with the option of display by date range. A report of these orders is also available.
Issue Inquiry will let you see both open and closed issues with the option of display by date range. This can be very useful because although all completed issues are acknowledged to the system manager, there may be other users who have filed an issue and need the acknowledgement information explaining what our help desk did to resolve that issue. A report of these issues is also available.
New Issue allows you to log your own issue into our help desk. You also have the option to include any pertinent files with your issue. You will be given an issue number so that you can track that issue using the Issue Inquiry described above.
Open Invoices displays any invoices from Plantrol that are unpaid.
Paid Invoices displays paid invoices.
